Following a large amount of work by a few willing hands our Clubhouse is looking fantastic, the Bar and
Cellar have had a complete make over and more importantly the selection of beverages is first class. The
Patio area and outside kitchen is coming on a treat as we venture into another boating season.
Following a pleasant opening weekend and a wonderful Fitting Out Dinner organised, arranged, prepared
and presented by our resident culinary maestro Catherine we now have Easter Weekend looming up fast.
We did hope to hold a charity ‘Rock’ event to replace the Bowness /Blue Blues which some, including
myself felt it had run its course but ticket sales for Rock on Windermere never took off and so the plans
have had to change.
This weekend will now be holding a fun weekend for the enjoyment of all members, their families, friends
and any guests you would like to invite along, fill the Club up, create a super atmosphere and we all have a
great time.
